The All Inclusive Membership option is our comprehensive plan for physician visits. This means you will have no charges (no copays or co-insurance) for office visits, video visits or phone calls. Charges will be submitted to your insurance company, but any balance due will be written off. Membership also allows for surgical and non-surgical procedures to be charged at a significantly discounted cash rate for those with high deductible plans. 

The Hybrid Plan Membership option provides the same concierge services at a lower membership fee, but standard insurance billing and copays apply. 

The Hybrid Plan is Medicare Eligible.
